Pharmaceutical stability studies are a series of tests and evaluations conducted to understand how a drug product changes over time under various environmental conditions. These studies are a fundamental component of the drug development process and are essential for ensuring that medications retain their intended quality, safety, and efficacy throughout their lifespan.
